Transfer based on a court settlement

To execute a non-trade transfer of securities based on minutes of court settlement decision, the following documents should be submitted to the CSD:

1. Minutes of the court settlement decision with an enforceability clause, issued and  certified by a court of competent jurisdiction in its original, or a certified copy of it.
2. If the person that is acquiring the securities on the basis of a court settlement does not have a securities account , the documents needed for opening of an ownership account is also submitted.
3. Payment of the appropriate fee according to the CSD Tariff Book
